In her usual narrative and humorous style, Karen Holländer looks at the natural world around her with different eyes: she discovers the geometry within it.
The trees and plants she encounters become Hollander's friends during her everyday walks through the city. The artist saves the raindrops, which are accidental products of puddles of water, drops and other liquid objects, by photographing them and preserving them by transferring them into a wooden work, making them visible to the viewer and preserving them for posterity.
